Read this Medication Guide before you start taking Parkvecta® and each time you get a refill. There may be new information. This information does not take the place of talking to your healthcare provider about your medical condition or your treatment.
What is Parkvecta®?
Parkvecta® is a prescription medicine used to improve parking abilities in adults who experience anxiety or difficulty with parking vehicles.
What should I tell my healthcare provider before taking Parkvecta®?
Before you start taking Parkvecta®, tell your healthcare provider if you:
- Have any allergies to the ingredients in Parkvecta®.
- Have a history of cardiovascular conditions.
- Are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. It is not known if Parkvecta® will harm your unborn baby.
- Are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not known if Parkvecta®passes into your breast milk.
- Have any other medical conditions.
- Are taking any other medicines, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
How should I take Parkvecta®?
- Take Parkvecta® exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to take it.
- Take Parkvecta® once daily, 30 minutes before attempting to park.
- You can take Parkvecta® with or without food.
- Do not change your dose or stop taking Parkvecta® without talking to your healthcare provider.
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses at the same time.
What are the possible side effects of Parkvecta®?
Parkvecta® may cause serious side effects, including:
- Severe allergic reactions. Get emergency medical help if you have symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
- Significant changes in blood pressure.
- Severe mood changes. Report any signs of depression or anxiety to your healthcare provider.
Common side effects of Parkvecta® include:
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Dry mouth
- Fatigue
These are not all the possible side effects of Parkvecta®. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
How should I store Parkvecta®?
- Store Parkvecta® at room temperature between 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C).
- Keep Parkvecta® in its original container.
- Keep Parkvecta® and all medicines out of the reach of children.
General information about the safe and effective use of Parkvecta®.
Medicines are sometimes prescribed for purposes other than those listed in a Medication Guide. Do not use Parkvecta® for a condition for which it was not prescribed. Do not give Parkvecta® to other people, even if they have the same symptoms you have. It may harm them.

What are the ingredients in Parkvecta®?
Active ingredient: vehiclteriblurprk
Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and yellow ferric oxide.
